2026 registration in play hq with the officer FC
a helpful guide for our players & officials
- In 2026 all Players and Officials at Officer will need to register themselves through Play HQ. Player fees are being paid and tracked through PlayHQ in 2026.
- PLAYERS - Under 18, Under 19, Reserves, Seniors, Women's, Vets
- All players must register through PlayHQ to become or remain and Officer FC player in 2026. Your registration fees include:
- - League affiliation fees - Umpires fees
- - Insurance if injured (basic cover)
- - Club supplied match day guernsey
- - Qualified trainers and medical supplies
- - and more..........
- The Club had aimed to keep player fees the same as 2025, however a PlayHQ processing fee was recently introduced, and we have had to pass this on.
- Senior & Reserves: $560 ($550 + $10 PlayHQ processing fee)
- Under 18 & 19's: $405 ($395 + $10 PlayHQ processing fee)
- Senior Women: $405 ($395 + $10 PlayHQ processing fee)
- Veterans: $350 ($340 + $10 PlayHQ processing fee)
- Player Fees must be paid in full before 30 June 2026.
- HOW TO REGISTER (PLAYER)
- 1. Click the registration link https://www.playhq.com/afl/register/a9a576
- 2. Read the Season and Pricing information and select the Get Started button
- 3. Select the profile you would like to register and select the Continue button
- 4. Select the role you are registering for and select the Continue button
- 5. Fill out all required participant and emergency contact details (mandatory fields marked with an *) and select the Continue button.
- 6. If you have an AFL Id and wish to link it you can do so here, if you don’t then simply select the Continue button
- 7. On the Fees page select the team you will be registering for (NOTE: u18/19.5 boys players should register in the age appropriate team, regardless of with which team they will play games), review the fee structure, tick the box to acknowledge the terms and conditions and optional marketing emails and select the Continue button.
- 8. Review the Summary data on the left-hand side. Select ‘Pay Today’ or ‘Defer Payment’ (to pay a deposit and deferring club payment), complete Credit/Debit Card details or other payment methods and Select the Confirm and Pay button.
- 9. Registration is complete
- 10. An invoice should be mailed to the email address you entered in step 5.
- HOW TO REGISTER (OFFICIALS - Coaches, Asst Coaches, Runners, Committee Members, Trainers)
- AFL Vic and our League affiliates require all Club officials to register themselves in PlayHQ and to provide credentials relating to their particular role. Accreditations (Coaches), Frist Aid (Trainers), Working With Children (WWC) (ALL of our Club officials must have a valid WWC).

- 2. Read the Season information and select the Get Started button
- 3. Select the profile you would like to register and select the Continue button
- 4. Select the role you are registering for and select the Continue button
